"HolidayFling Market" is a showcase of Home Business. Anyone who runs a business from their home whether it is crafting, direct sales, esthetics, dog grooming... whatever... as long as you run it from home, you are welcome as a vendor at FLING MARKETS!
BEFORE REGISTERING, PLEASE SCROLL TO LIST BELOW THIS INFORMATION BOX TO MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE FROM THE SAME COMPANY HAS NOT ALREADY REGISTERED.
ONLY ONE VENDOR PER COMPANY IS PERMITTED.
Tables are 8’ Rectangular, or 5" Round and one table per $60 space rental. Only one vendor or company per double space is permitted.
Please note that you must only display your goods or services in the space provided (Approx 8 x 6'). Do not bring extra tables, or racks that will take up more than your 8 foot wide space, or that may get in the way of your neighbors display.
Your registration fee includes Coffee and snacks during set up, vendors only lunch and refreshments, print advertising, road sign advertising for 1 weeks prior, flyer delivery to 1000 residences in the area of the event, your company's website link on our registration site from the time that you register until the day of the Expo, and for 2 months before event on visitor site... and MORE
Please make sure that you mark your calendar for this event and that you are sure that you or someone else will be available to work your table. The organizer is NOT responsible for reminding you that you have registered for this event. You may receive the occasional e-mail regarding the event, but the only official "reminder" e-mail will go out anytime within one week of the event.
please do NOT sell food that is not produced and packaged in a licenced facility.
There is a $20 administration fee (per table/space) for vendor cancellations (for any reason) received no later than 30 days before the event and vendors who cancel will receive a refund of their fee, less the Admin fee. However, should a vendor cancel registration for any event within 30 days of the event, the entire registration fee is non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed within 2 weeks before date of event.
